With the development and continual review of our Health & Safety policy, we are committed to ensuring all staff at all levels within the organisation remain well trained and competent in all aspects of health and safety associated with individual roles. We see this as necessary to promoting a safe working environment, reducing risk and avoiding incidents and accidents.

 

Training requirements are identified through periodic training needs analysis for each individual and training plans are developed to incorporate internal and external training to cover IMS and job specific training.

Training is viewed as essential for the development and success of our organisation, crucial to ensuring staff remain up to date with policies, legislation and new technologies.
