Conscape has long been involved in providing services to Local
Authorities, Government departments and Public and Private companies.
In the area of Open Area Management, we continue to develop
new and creative systems, methods and procedures in all aspects
of the service. This service covers Litter Control, Tree Surgery,
Shrub Bed Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Weed Control, Landscape
repair and Design and Build.

Having worked along side Roads Services and Authorities for
consecutive years, Conscape as developed and improved year on

we continue to set new targets. Services provided often include
maintenance of footways, roads, lighting, and signs, Street
Cleansing and Drain clearance.
Property and Construction Services
With the continued growth of demand in Property Management for
maintenance, repair and refurbishment, both external and internal,
and in both in the public and private
Construction of overhead bridging for Docklands

Construction of carriageway and pedestrian approaches,
Royal Albert Docks, Canary Wharf and Isle of Dogs

sectors, our development and networking has given our clients
a continually improving degree of service. This includes reactive
maintenance both of hard and soft elements, security, storage,
transport and planning.
Other areas of contract include Canary Wharf, Isle of Dogs,
London Underground and construction of M25 radar and weather
stations.
