Health and Safety
We aim to provide all employees with a good working environment,
where their well-being is of the utmost importance. Conscape
has, and continues to have, a commitment to instill Health and
Safety awareness throughout the organization, from management
down to operative level. This commitment is in addition to the
recognition of our moral and legal obligations to ensure that
good Health and Safety working practices are in place. All systems
and procedures developed are done so with the controls required
to keep injury and illness at work to a minimum.

Training
The continuing development of our ever-growing range of services
is only made possible by the interest that comes with the natural
curiosity of our staff. The development of skills in all areas
is paramount not only for the management of Health and Safety
throughout a contract, but in order to ensure that best practices
are achieved.
Development
Throughout our continued development and growth, we have witnessed
huge steps forward in terms of communication. While the way
we receive and share information is changing frequently, our
aim is ensure information is available at the required time.
All applications are developed in a way that aims to keep bureaucracy
to a minimum. All systems are implemented under supervised controls
to ensure corrective measures are taken where required.
